To help digest my meal I made a side of olive oiled pan seared kale salad mixed with chopped avocado, grilled bell peppers, honey roasted walnuts, a few dried cranberries, and some cut up chicken breast. This meal came out to a total of 691 calories with 31g of carbohydrates, 27g of fat and 72g of protein.
